Qualifications/ Functions:
- Engineering graduate (preferably Mechanical/ Electrical, Electronics, & Mechatronics).
- Fresh graduate to 2 years experience. Priority with experience.
- Have knowledge on production quality management.
- With basic knowledge in jig/ mechanical design and basic AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of the concept of process control.
- Conduct line support through machine assessment and repair if necessary.
- Process management through yield and improvement generation.
- Line standard and definition and documentation.
- Manpower management (Technician) through effective work allocation.

Qualifications/ Functions:
- Bachelor Degree holder on Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical or Electronics or any equivalent course.
- With experience in Factory Automation Management.
- Knowledgeable in system analysis, machine mechanical, electrical, design and development.
- Well organized and detailed oriented.

LINE QUALITY CONTROL JR. SUPERVISOR
Qualifications/ Functions:
- Graduate of any Engineering or Technical course.
- With or without experience. If with experience, should have training related to Supervisory
- With experience related to problem solving methodology, customer claims investigation, auditing and reporting.
- With knowledge in ISO standard (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- With knowledge on statistical methodologies, QC Tools and Techniques, problem solving methodologies, acceptance sampling and auditing.
- Team player, open-minded, with good working attitude, firm in decision making.
PRODUCTION JR. SUPERVISOR
Qualifications/ Functions:
- Collage graduate of any Engineering and or technical course
- With at least 3 years experience in related function with training on supervisory and leadership courses.
- With strong personality, communication skills – oral, written and interpersonal.
- Well organized and detailed oriented.
- Responsible for the production schedule.
- Implement continuous improvements activities.
- Prepare production reports as upper management required report on safety.
