Prevention of pollution through waste management programs and controlled releases and discharges of pollutants to the environment;

Pricon Microelectronics, Inc., a manufacturer of electronic products located at Laguna, regards the health, safety and welfare of its employees with utmost importance.

Our objective is to conduct business in the safest possible manner compliant with all applicable Health and Safety legislation, regulations, and standards.  It is the responsibility of both the management and its employees to actively participate in the health and safety programs of the company thus, ensuring that they work safely.

We believe that risks associated with the activities or operations of the company can be managed through: 

• Adequate training of all personnel, employees, service providers, contractors and suppliers on safety.
• Health and Safety information campaign through awareness lecture and postings in the employees information board and strategic area within the company premises.
• Regular conduct of fire, earthquake, and chemical spill drills.
• Routine monitoring and reporting by the Health and Safety Committee to Top Management to ensure that all necessary resources are available to implement this policy fully.
